F’ed, really f’ed or FUBAR’d? Have work stuff all day Friday so can’t cancel or delay. Looked at going tomorrow but would have been tough. It looks like I’ll make it there Thursday but doubt it is midday.

Nah you'll be fine.

The storm seems to be heading more westerly (westernly? westish?) and Boston's looking to get more rain than snow now. Which sucks for me because I was looking forward to working from home W-Th.

The airports are always the first priority when a storm comes in, so even when we get hard the airlines are usually up and running in no time.

They have it down to a science here.

Thanks. Where should I go for pizza in the North End? Stick with Regina or venture out? I thought it was really, really good.

Honestly, throw a rock and you'll find good pizza. If you enjoyed Regina, then by all means go back. But if you want to mix it up, you could check out Locale, Quattro, or Ernesto's.

If you're grabbing a slice for lunch, I'd recommend you go into Galleria Umberto on Hanover Street. They close at 2:30, only take cash, and only serve Sicilian-style cheese pizza. Sounds boring, but its really, really good. Also, at $1.85 for a slice, it's a hell of a deal.

Edit: Monitor the weather closely. As of now, we're slated to get anywhere between 0"-12" of snow. So yeah...that's a bit of a range.

What time is your flight? I think the snow is supposed to be done around 1 pm.

Get out of the north end and go to Santarpios. That’s my favorite place in the city. Bring cash

Santarpios was pretty good.

Guy there was a huge Falcons fan for some odd reason.

I usually don't recommend places in Eastie for visiting people. It's still...gentrifying.

Don't listen to AF about Eastie. His bougie arse lives in Southie with all the hipsters.

The area around Santarpio's is fine as long as you're okay with obnoxious road construction.

But, to be fair, it is a little more difficult to get to than the North End.

Eta. As far as the weather is concerned, the forecasting has been an absolute shite show over the last few days. But you should be alright by the time you land.

Eastie has been rapidly improving and will be bougie as hell in about 5 years. But it is a bit of a pain to get to comparatively.

I know a guy who has a baller view of the Boston skyline from his office in Eastie. Now that's some bougie shite right there.

Weather wasn’t an issue at all. So if I suddenly have a bit of free time, Trillium is the brewery to hit up, correct? Also looked at Harpoon.

Staying in the back bay for two nights if there is something walkable and tasty.

Only go to Trillium if you can get all the way to Canton or the beer garden in Roslindale. The Fort Point location doesn’t do pours.

Harpoon is good to check out. Get a pretzel for sure.

I’m in the Back Bay finishing up errands for work. Probably going to find a place to watch the SEC tourney and “work”

Plenty of really great places to eat in the Back Bay so it really depends on what you want to eat and what your budget is.

I’m at Earls at the Prudential Center and they just put it on for me. Any sports bar would have access to it but you’ll probably have to request them to change the channel for you.

Beers cold here so you’re welcome to grab a seat.

No complaints about the Harpoon winter warmer. Planning to look at your other reccs. Thanks.

So if I walk through the south end wearing a coat to my knees and gloves do I kind of pull off the Spencer for Hire look? Cause I feel like I did.

Also, can’t get out of Boston tomorrow by plane train or automobile. Buying drinks for those that are snowed in.
