Because the rest of the state is so nice that Four Seasons and Fairmont are moving in?

Think this has a chance to do well. It will have one of the largest parking garages of any major hotel in the city and that will be major plus.
Biggest problem will just be it’s a tough location in terms of where you walk at night. Pretty rough in any direction for the first couple blocks, although getting better.
City really needs to try and improve that first block or canal in either direction.
