Does anyone use cheap flight notification sites?

I keep hearing about sites were you can sign up for notification when cheap flights show up leaving your local airport. Does anyone use a site like this, if so which ones? Talking about the ones that let you know all destinations that have significantly discounted flights not just certain ones you're interested in.
