COVID restrictions in Ouray, CO?

Looking at a summer trip early to mid July to Ouray and surroundings. What is status of COVID there? Do you have to wear masks walking around outside? Restaurant restrictions?
Ouray Chamber is closed and I get a recording when I call. I do not want to plan this trip if we have to mask up.
Anybody been recently? Live near? planning a trip?
TIA

I’ll be there for a few days in a couple of weeks. I’ll try to report back what I find.

Haven't been to Ouray recently. The towns in Summit and Eagle counties are requiring masks indoors, but not while eating. There are signs about walking outdoors w/ a mask on but not too many people adhere to it. And I'd expect those signs to start being taken down soon with the vaccinations coming in.

I was there in December and there were restaurants and bars open with no restrictions. They are in a different county than durango so there Covid levels were eased more

I’m here now and things are pretty wide open. Masks are required to enter most businesses, but you’re allowed to take off as soon as you’re seated. As we’re somewhat in the “off-season,” some of the restaurants and bars are only open Thur-Sat/Sun. I was in Telluride earlier in the week and the locals there are more pro-mask than here in Ouray.
