Yeah I've heard the food is really bad/expensive.
The views are incredible though, I'm assuming they have some sort of minimum or something to prevent people from going for just a drink or 2 for the views?
Possible to go there for a quick drink and appetizer just for the view?

Rooftop 360 has the best views

Ah enjoy we'll be there a couple weeks after you.
Bump the thread if you do anything or have any recommendations from your trip that haven't already been brought up in the thread.

Bumping this to get more recs if possible.
I'm going in a couple weeks with my lady friend. We usually "travel" so this is a bit different as it seems mostly what you do here is hang out and go out to dinner and party (which is fine). We just went to Hawaii and I feel like I didn't get to lay on the beach or the pool at all and it was terrible. So my plan is to work out, get some sun, and enjoy. We do dive but she said it's gonna be too cold in the water for her (she likes diving more than I do)
I am gonna book a few restaurants. We are staying for free (I won a company giveaway) at Sunset Pueblo Bonito. Want to do sushi and mexican for sure so booked a couple of the recs here already

Curious to hear from the Cabo vets if this is a place I could take a family of 5( kids 15,13,10). The wife and I could spend a few days on a beach or resort, but the kids need activities.

Was just there week 6/23 - 6/27 - great trip and able to avoid the Carnival boat arrival!
Went and was an amazing property and Pacific Ocean / waves crashing on rocks views. Its like Vegas.....don't go if you can't hang in there as the price is based on the amazing views. Great drinks and good food but wasn't "next level' taste for the dollar value applied. We actually enjoyed the hotel bar at the entrance which also provided views, snacks and high end beverages.
Casa Martin - Thanks to those earlier who suggested. I made my crew walk the 0.8 km up the hill and see the town......some typical bitching about a walk, but was not bad at all and cool perspectives. Great meal with great service and fair value. We had the Octopus, Tuna, pastas, churros, etc. Definitely a hidden place like most French Quarter courtyards.....the exterior is very plain but the interior is amazing.
Lastly, really enjoyed the snorkeling by the rocks in the bay and the sailing afterwards. Since its the Pacific, the water cools the air and was very refreshing. About 3-4 hours for the total so it allowed us to eat lunch in the morning.
Hopefully this is helpful info for those heading down.

We ended up not going to Cabo, took a trip to Aruba instead. Awesome island to chill out at the beach and eat great seafood.

For golf, for one round I’d recommend Cabo del Sol. It’s not the best course in Cabo, but the experience is awesome. Free food and drinks all over the course, and the food is actually really really good
Going to Cabo next week and looked at golf for Cabo del Sol and Solmar Golf Links. Anybody recommend one over the other? Both look great online.

Cabo Real is nice... did a round there during a bachelor party, the course was immaculately manicured.

Only one I've played but can vouch that it's awesome.

I’ve played it too. Cabo Del Sol is better, but they’re both nice
