I have four nights coming up at the St Regis for a work trip. Looking for recommendations of somewhere to stay the 3 nights prior. Also any dinner and activity recommendations anybody may have.

La trattoria
Lobster pot
Henry viii
Swizzle inn
Rent scooters and cruise around the island
Hit the beaches between Horseshoe beach and elbow beach
go fishing: Sea Wolfe Sport Fishing, russell young is a great guy (he also rents an airbnb), Alan Card on Challenger is a great boat
Cathedral Cave was free when I was there last
