Cafe See which is in the Tiergarten, Berlin's "Central Park". Its a really beautiful setting with indoor and outdoor seating. No Wiener schnitzel though.

Prater Biergarten The oldest beer garden in Berlin, very family friendly. They have a restaurant that serves all sorts of brats and other stuff including wiener schnitzel at certain times.
quote:

The asparagus season is open: until mid-June, the Prater Restaurant will be serving delicious asparagus from Kremmen - with Black Forest ham, Wiener Schnitzel or simply plain, with breadcrumb butter or with Hollandaise sauce.
