Trying to get something for 8 ppl Saturday around 3 (obviously LSU game involved). It’s saying I need to contact the Concierge to book.
Is this a fool’s errand?
Anyone done this before with tips?

Yep, but I went thru my host. From what I remember, I heard the hostess telling people there was some kind of minimum to get a table. So much and hour or some shite.
I'm not sure I'd do it again though. The tables are in the back of the room and the chairs are standard height. People standing, block your view while you are sitting. The volume is too low to hear the game. We had a table for opening day, Alabama game. then Auburn that evening. Ended up abandoning the book for the Auburn game and watching in the room. Got some liquor. beer, and room service.

Whoa whoa whoa.
I've looked at TAP when I was there last time. You can't just walk in and grab a spot? It looked like a restaurant mainly

Maybe so. How was the food/atmosphere when you were there?

Not during a big game. When we went, there was a line of about 20 people trying to get a table. We had reservations and still had to wait a few minutes.
Yes, you can just walk in. That's where the book is. You can't walk in and seat yourself at a table though.

I am looking forward to seeing it. Last time I was there was during the Final Four weekend. The temporary sports book was open while this one was under construction.
