Any recommendations on restaurants? GF's birthday is while we are there?
I was told The Eagle but that closed and also Red Stag Grill at Bohemian Hotel?

It’s not the greatest time of year but their farmers market is among the best I have visited. Highly recommend.

It probably won’t be all that cold. 64 degrees right now and had less than 2 inches of measurable snow this year. There’s easy hiking and things to see along blue ridge parkway. The visitors center along the parkway is in Asheville.
