Anyone stayed at Phoenix West II in Orange Beach?

Looking for a spring break trip for the family. Looks nice but I've read some reviews about the parking and elevators being a nightmare. Anyone have any pros or cons on this place? Thanks in advance.

If it's a crowded time, this will def. be a problem. We stayed for free with some friends at the end of a summer. It wasn't all that crowded, but there were decent waits at times.
Everything else about the place is nice, especially the lazy river and slide if you have kids.

If you stay in a high rise on any floor other than the bottom 3 this is a risk anywhere. I avoid them at all costs.
