I'm helping with an itinerary for a student group that will be traveling to Savannah. I've googled and can't find any tours that are large enough to accommodate a group of between 25-40 kids/parents.

I will call various places later when I have time BUT in the meantime, anyone traveled with a large group that can share what you guys did? We're attending a convention so we're trying to work around the convention schedule.

Traveling in June. Freshmen-Seniors in high school as well as parents attending. Looking for inexpensive if possible.

Also looking for recs of places to eat that accommodate large groups.

Our sponsor is pretty clueless but I may have bitten off more than I can chew. Thanks for any help/suggestions.

I am sure several of the ghost tour companies could accommodate a group that size as well as the trolly tours

We had a user conference there years back. Probably around 150 people. We did a walking ghost tour that ended at the pink house and rented the whole place out for dinner

No way to just split the group in two and have them stagger start the tours by a small amount?

I can't imagine there isn't a company that can run more than one tour every few hours.

Fort Pulaski can handle your needs. Just reach out to the Park Rangers ahead of time to schedule your group.
