I recently went through a similar search with 4 kids and just gave up. So hard to find resorts with larger rooms/suites that were comfortable

Beaches in Turks&Caicos is pretty awesome.
Kind of like 4 resorts in 1.
Simple family rooms all the way up to 4 bedroom houses depending on your budget.

I second Beaches but it’s not cheap and it’s large.

Just for perspective, it costs us $12K for a family of 4 in a modest family room for 6 days with flights out of MSY connecting in Ft. Lauderdale.
