We’ve been with YTTV for about 4 months and like it a lot. But what I love about it is the streaming picture we get on our Sony and LG OLED TVs via an Apple 4K TV box set on Dolby Vision.
Gorgeous pictures.

anyone else having issues with the dvr on yttv not fast forwarding through sponsored commercials with certain shows?
You can't FF with on demand content. You can only FF through commercials DVR content.

We use Sling, I think it is the Orange? package with the sports add-on. Has the SEC/ESPN networks channels, all we need. ABC is free OTA, along with NBC, CBS, Fox and several others.

If you look at a show in your DVR library and click on versions, you can select one recorded by DVR and not a VOD version. Then you can FF thru commercials.
We switched from DIrectv a few weeks ago, and I’m liking YTTV so far. I set it to record all college football and NFL games. Can zip through the ones I want to see with the key plays feature.
