I am setting up a channel for my AT thru hike attempt. Does anyone know how I get rid of or change the orange circle with the T by the channel name?

Maybe you are talking about the channel avatar? If you don't have one setup I believe Youtube defaults to a solid color and your first initial.

I don't think you should see it either (assuming you mean the default channel "icon" which is just a colored circle and the first letter of the channel name). You should see the photo of a person with a dolphin. At least I didn't see the default icon once I added an image to my own channel.

I changed it to (see above me) but apparently when you are logged in it still shows the circle with the first initial, if I log out and go to the channel I don't see it.
