you tube oddity

I have a Sony smart tv (android) and Spectrum cable and wifi. Lately only on YouTube is like a program is stuck in the start up every time. Its the second time its happened. I watched about half a Earthroamer video and its stuck on my youtube channel. I have to fast forward it every time to watch anything else. I don't understand the how's and why's. Is it a youtube thing>

Sounds like an app issue honestly.

Thanks for making the thread and the replies that followed. My Sony smart tv was acting weird lately as well. Seems like the android tv functionality was glitching. A reset fixed it. (Held down the power button to restart the software.)
