i have wyze cam set up at my office. i can only see the camera on my phone when i'm at my office on the same wifi network as the wyze cam. kinda defeats the purpose if i cant see the cam when away from the office. any sugguestions? tia

I may have a different version than you, but I’m able to view mine when I’m away from home. Do you get an error when trying to view elsewhere.

Also have wyze cams and can view anywhere I get data on my phone.

I'm able to see mine when away from home. The biggest problem is the cams only detect about 50% of the people that walk by. I can go jump up and down in front of the cam 10 different times 10 minutes apart......and I have......and it only detects me 5 times.
