Wikipedia shows the first couple of subjects

None open. They are bold, but you can’t read any info.

It's working fine for most of us. Perhaps restart your browser if you have not yet. Or clear the cache.
I have also seen certain website work in an odd manner with a VPN on. Rare but I have seen it.
ETA links that take me to an area are blue, not bold. In fact, all links seem to be blue. Bolded lines are simply headings/titles for me.
If you care to share what exactly you are looking at, might help.

Instead of complaing free help isn't working for you, maybe include a screenshot or an example of the problem?
The best way to get help is to make it as easy as possible for people to help you. One or two sentences isn't enough description here and no one feels like pulling teeth to get your to explain the issue.
