So, I recently cut the cord and upgraded my internet speed through AT&T to the 350 mpbs fiber internet as a part of that process. I noticed, however, that I was still getting lower speeds to my devices than I wanted and the signal strength wasn't great. So, I went out and bought a Google Mesh Router.

That solved my signal strength problem, but I'm still having trouble with WiFi speeds to my devices. The Google WiFi app is telling me I'm only getting 25mpbs to my Roku TV, which is literally right next to the router. A speedtest from my phone, however, shows up and down of 350+.

What am I'm doing wrong here? I switched to YouTubeTV and most of the time the signal is great, but I still get occasional buffering and lower picture quality. It's not unbearable, but I feel like that should never happen with the internet speeds I'm supposed to be getting. Any help here?

25 mbps should stream things fine.

Not all WiFi radios are equal.

I’ve got ATT fiber with the google mesh system and when I run the speed tests from the pp I see anywhere from 500 to 700 mbps. Try it hardwired too

My next step will be to hardwire the Mesh router to the TV. Just wondering if there was anything else I could do to fix it.

I have a TCL 6 series and Google mesh wifi. Just ran a test and got 126mbps. It is color coded, is yours green? Maybe it's something with your TV. Mine is connecting at 5ghz. Maybe see if your TV has a firmware update.

You're probably cutting it close with 4k and 25mbps

It's possible the Roku isn't able to find the 5ghz channel. Did you try completely powering down the TV and then restarting it?

25mbps is enough to stream 4k on you RokuTV, so you may not notice a difference either way.
