Smart home is a compounding effect.
You start with something small. Like a thermostat or lock. Then you buy some light bulbs. You start realizing these small tweaks are super convenient. You add more and more wondering how you ever lived without it.
Eventually everything is automated and fine tuned years down the road.

What is the name brand for these and do they have a dim feature?

these seem pretty good
- feit (name brand, not some random chinese light)
- wifi
- alexa/google voice compatible
- RGB and tunable white
- dimmable
- 75w equivalent so plenty of light
$18 each
ETA costco also carries the 4 pack belowfor $70 which means these are ZERO risk since you could return them in 2 years if you decide you hate them for a full refund and usually costco sells quality stuff b/c they don't want to eat the cost if its returned.
