I am having to sign in/authenticate each time I start the WatchESPN app. I used to be able to go months without having to do this. It’s not the end of the world but it is a bit of a pain. I did recently switch from Cox to PSVue. Is this just a result of the way PSVue handles this process?anybody else have to do this constantly?

I have DirecTV and i have to relogin all the times, at least several times a week. It's ridiculous.

So I don't think it's any kind of PS Vue problem.

Something must have been happening this weekend.

I was watching the LSU baseball game Friday night on FireTV and had to login at first, no biggie...sometimes it happens.

But then in the 3rd inning the game cut off and a message popped up saying I need to authenticate my subscription in order to watch. So I logged in again. It did this to me 2 more times so.

I opened up WatchESPN on the ipad and casted it to the TV and never had that happen again the rest of the weekend.

I have amazon firestick. Could not get the espn to work. Kept getting a message to contact my provider. I got my laptop out, opened the app, the app gave me a login screen. I logged in with my new dish network with no problem. Still couldn't get on with the firestick. Contacted amazon, they told me to download the app, didn't work contacted espn was told to contact my provider because I probably don"t have access to espn3. But my computer still works and my phone still works. Got very frustrated because amazon and espn basically were telling me "it's not our fault, It's your provider"
