Vivint Outdoor Camera Pro - Anybody ever heard of these?

Likely true, They played that game with the doorbell cameras when they came out as well. They wouldn't even sell it directly, they insisted a tech had to bring them and install.

Not sure if this is still the case or not, but when I moved to a new house I had them ship me a new panel, simply uninstalled from the old and reinstalled everything at the new.

Run from any Vivint product. Their model is expensive and comes with long contracts that are nearly impossible to get out of. You can go with other products for much cheaper and no contract.
