I have Verizon.
Never lost service before, during or after.
Even used my phone as a hot spot and streamed with no power to my tv on the generator.
Same with 2016 flood.

Wife and neighbors have AT&T.
Didn’t work at all for any part of IDA or the 2016 flood. Most are now switching to Verizon.

I never lost service with Verizon. Data was much slower than normal but it worked. AT&T was nonexistent and my family and friends that had AT&T used my phone for the first week or so after Ida.

Verizon has been great outside of where I live. There’s a tower damaged in Ponchatoula affecting LTE service. After the storm my phone worked and my parents ATT phones didn’t. Same story in the 2016 flood.

I’m frustrated with the service in Ponchatoula but I’m trying to be reasonable given the amount of damage to the area
