I just bought windows 10 and installed it and let it update

when I play downloaded movies and videos the sound works perfectly but anything online at any website the sound is disabled

I tried searching but all I see is to make sure you have adobe player and its enabled and I have that so whats the issue?

I have restarted several times and confirmed the sound controls are all set correctly

I got it

have to go to themes and select to configure speakers and that's the only way windows 10 enables speakers to work from internet sources. the other settings are only for offline sounds
