In the market for a new TV for my living room and was curious on which brands to look at/avoid. Getting a 75in. Any recs from yall are appreciated.

I've settled on Sony. I really like TCL but they kept breaking.

I pulled the trigger on Sony. TCLs seemed great esp for the money but yeah I kept seeing breaking issues with em.

The worst TV experience I ever had was with a Sony. Power module had to be replaced under warranty 2 or 3 times in a year.
As warranty was expiring, I finally convinced them to replace the whole thing. I had to raise all kind of hell to get them to do the replacement, and they screwed up the delivery, etc.
The replacement had a normal lifespan, but the first dud and their shitty customer service soured me on Sony. I’m sure it could happen with any brand, but for me it was Sony.

I’ve got a 65” LG G5 I picked up on a Black Friday deal last year. It’s a great TV. That’s all I got.
