My wife and I are struggling with our tv. It won’t connect to internet. We have called tech support at at&t and went through their troubleshooting protocol but couldn’t get it to reconnect. Tried putting in correct pin numbers numerous times with no luck. Can anyone give me the name of someone who can help . Thanks.

Is this a wired or wireless connection?
How is your network setup? Do you have a router or switch connected to your AT&T gateway?
Have you tried restarting the gateway?

I'll bet dollars to donuts, the wifi board in your TV died.

Try to connect it to your phone or something using it as a hotspot. Will tell you if it's your TV or Router.

Does the TV see available WIFI connections?
Keep in mind you can get a Roku for under $30.
