This BlackBerry Mercury with Android platform has me excited.

I have never been able to type as well since I gave up the BlackBerry for the apps. I could do 35-40 words per minute without having to worry about stupid autocorrect mistakes.
This thing looks sweet, and it should be $400 tops unlocked since BlackBerry is desperate to get back in the game.

Still got my Passport Silver Edition.

I doubt the price is going to be as low as $400. I'm going to give this phone a shot. I absolutely love my Passport but I'm starting to need apps for work that I simply cannot sideload. This will have the same touch capacitive keyboard as the Passport. That keyboard is really one of the most innovative things I've see on a phone in a long time. I have to move to Android because of apps but I'm sure going to miss the ease of use with BB10. At least I get to keep my keyboard for a little while longer.

Any release date announced? I was planning on buying a BB classic but might wait if this is coming out soon.

I bought a priv last summer for real cheap just to play with it. I don't use it. The Hub is pretty nice on there and they just rolled out a dark theme for it.
I love my SE though. I'm sticking with it til the end. The only apps I really need are Pandora and IG.
Problem with Mercury is BB will give it some stupid arse name like the Mflek200 and then not even try to promote it... then bitch about low sales.
