I am considering handing off my marketing to a company called BrickWorks in India for my E commerce site. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this before? The upfront investment is not bad so if they are capable it could end up saving me a lot of money. They will be handling Social Media, PPC, Email marketing, CPM etc. TIA

Don't do it. You can do social media , email marketing and run an AdWords campaign. Also, never run CPM campaigns unless it is strictly for branding. Display is dead but If you feel you must do a CPC but I still wouldn't, I only would do a CPA.

You think I should do it all myself? Or keep it with a quality company in the states?

Do it yourself unless you can find a company willing to do everything on a CPA basis. Obviously knowing more about what you do would help but those companies, in the U.S. and overseas, are all crap. The ONLY way to trust one is if they work on a CPA basis.

The other thing is you know more about your company and your clients/potential clients than some company in India will.

Take some time and read up on the subjects of digital marketing and you can definitely do it yourself

That but more importantly people who are "internet marketing" people are essentially women are the equivilant of MLM women or millennials who can't get a real job. I mean, anyone with the ability to REALLY add that kind of value is in business for themselves or working for points in a company.

no offense but indians are great if you SPOON FEED EVERYTHING TO THEM but if you're doing that, then what's the value add in the first place?

if not you will find that you will be frustrated by obtuse communication, failure to ever admit they've made a mistake, getting less than what you wanted and any flaws you had in your plan won't be found by them, they'll just go merrily on their way.

during phone conferences pointing out mistakes will be met with silence.

there's a use for bangalore in corporate america but what you're wanting is not it.
