I currently have Verizon and get poor signal in my home. Internet still out after storm so can't wifi call or use data well. Checked someone w T Mobile had full bar in my home better. Have some questions. Had ATT in past with worse signal than Verizon at home.

1 How is the signal in Tiger Stadium game days ?
2 Traveling how does their signal do across state and into TX ?
3 How are they to deal with ?
4 Anything else I should know?

Following. We had Verizon in Dallas and it was fast. Very slow here in Lafayette. Considering T-Mobile or Consumer Cellular.

You can download an app called TMobile Test Drive and it will let you use their service for 30 days or 30gb, whatever comes first. I tried it and noticed some improvements in certain areas over Verizon but I have an IPhone 11 so I was only able to try out the 4G LTE service. I’m curious how their 5G service is though. I’m thinking about switching also.

1 How is the signal in Tiger Stadium game days ? Errthing in Tiger Stadium sucks on game day.

2 Traveling how does their signal do across state and into TX ? In urban areas, signal strength is great. In rural areas, it's spotty. There are also some weird dead zones, Carrolton Avenue from I-10 to Earheart being one.

3 How are they to deal with ? Been with them for over 20 years and very easy to deal with.

4 Anything else I should know? About what

Love T-Mobile. I’m in TN, but have traveled al over the south with them. I have yet to be in an area where I didn’t have service and someone else did. Customer service is the best in the business. Lots of small perks too, Netflix for free, T-Mobile tuesdays, MLB TV free, pandora free on weekends. Lots of other random free deals throughout the year

We’ve had them in Birmingham for 2.5 years now. Service has been great all over Alabama and the FL panhandle. Can’t say much about LA but if the coverage map looks good I’ve had god service.

I have had Verizon for at least 12 years. The signal hasn't been the greatest in my house but it would never drop calls maybe a little CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW? But lately I have been dropping calls..phone going into roaming and can't make or receive calls. My phone will notify me that I have a voice mail when phone didn't ring.

I called and they said everything is fine on their end and made it look like it is my phone. It could be my phone.. it is about 11 years old.

My battery takes a charge and drains when it goes into roaming.

I spoke with a regional T-mobile enterprise account salesman about a month back. T-mobile has come a long way but overall service in Louisiana is not as good as Verizon and att, yet. By end of the year they will have 8 more mid band 5g towers around south Baton Rouge alone. These towers are not all up yet. They are rolling out COWS (cell on wheels) for GameDay. They are not hooked up to the DAS in tiger stadium so you may experience poorer performance inside the stadium than att and Verizon. They are working to get on board with this. One positive is that because they experience less network congestion with less subscribers, you are likely to receive better service than the other two. Having tested all three, I'd say that on a normal day (not gameday) they are on par with with att and Verizon.

Someone else mentioned using test drive. If you don't have a newer unlocked iPhone to do test drive with esim you can request a wifi Hotspot for free. Same deal with 30 gigs or 30 days, whichever is first

I made the jump to TM annoy five months ago for the Magenta unlimited 5G no throttling and have been satisfied with the jump. I stream for my 40 mile commute 6 days a week and pound it all day with work and have been pleased. Since Ida it has slowed some in Metairie after the storm but in Mandeville it cools pretty good. I also streamed for a drive all the way to Athens Ga with no issues.

TMobile is great. They had a phase where they kept giving away lines for free. I'm currently paying $112 for 7 lines, unlimited everything, free Netflix, etc.
