Is anyone familiar with them? I forgot the Admin password and it's not saved in my browser. Other than pulling the drives, reformatting, and starting all over again any suggestions?

Should be a reset button on the back that can wipe the passwords

Glad you got it back. 1Password is a great password saver. Recommend you invest in one.

been using it for a year and a half and can't express how helpful it is. plus i'm more at ease knowing my wife is using more random passwords since she never did before

Now you might consider installing the Bitwarden_rs password vault plugin/app on your Synology to store things like that :)
