I will still use swappa over Ebay. Sellers on Ebay have been known to swap out cheaper processors and the buyer never even being aware of it. If you make a complaint against the seller on swappa that will damage his reputation there and possibly end his use of the service. I know that you're upset but swappa has been used by people here including me and I'll continue to use it in the future. In fact I'm about to list a 9+ and a note 8 next week.
