Does anyone use the Superbox? Pro's, Con's?

I have two buddies that use them. They work, easy setup, terrible to navigate. I have another service and use tivimate as a guide, makes iptv bearable to get around, my wife is good with it too so that's a huge plus in my book.

Yep, that's what we do. VPN, good IPTV service and TiviMate.

Had one for almost 3 years. It is still going strong, and the service is in general reliable.
Pros are that it is simple and includes service. Includes thousands of channels and thousands of VOD movie and TV shows. Service has been stable and there are backup apps included for if you experience buffering or other problems.
Cons are that they are more expensive up front and the box itself is not great and I wouldn't plan on running any extra apps on it since it is based on an old version of Android but that is easy to fix with a cheap streaming ONN box from Walmart.
Also, the service is good for as long as the box lasts so you need the box to last a few years to break even and there is always a chance the IPTV servers could go down and never return but they have been in business for years.

Been using for a few months now and so far pretty solid! I also have a VSee Elite box that I actually like a little better due to being more user friendly.

What, if any, IPTV services are worthwhile now. Does VPN like Express VPN and an IPTV app like Cinema (is it still around?) safe? TIA

If you want live channels, I would recommend https://www.firetv.pro/
It's a local LA guy you deal with. Go to the Discord link on the website at the top of the page and you can get a trial and have any questions answered. They are open for subs right now but will be closing to invite only soon. I haven't been with them for long, but the service is solid, and the customer service has been great. Very happy with them.
If you just want to stream movies/shows with no live content or want to get more VOD than is included with an IPTV provider, then I would suggest Stremio paired with a cheap Real Debrid subscription (about $35 yr) and you will have access to virtually anything. No VPN is required with the Stremio/Real Debrid as long as it is set up properly.
Easy and cheap, here are a few guides from Reddit (I know but they have a few easy to link to guides).

Hope that helps.

A decad ago I had a cheap android device that would access thousands of movies and old tv series.
Does Superbox do this? And/or are folks still using Kodi or whatever?

Contentwizards has been around for a few years and they stay on top of their shite. There are a few of us that use them with no real complaints.
