Sonos connect

Have old Sonos connect and got new router today. Having problems hooking up

What kind of sonos products are you trying to connect to your network? I thought the connect became obsolete after a software update allowed those products to connect directly to your network's wifi

The Connect is the pre amp player. The Port replaced it, but it shouldn’t be obsolete.

You might need to reset the device first.

You're right, I think they recommend hardwiring it before changing networks or something like that. either reset it and set up as new or hardwire it real quick to change networks.

I had to reset all of my sonos devices and then I just hardwired one which seems to have everything set correctly.
