Agreed. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Still does everything I need. Dropping $1k+ on a phone every year or two seems really unnecessary.
It is if your on Apple they just put a different chip in the same phone every year and sell millions of them. Marketing is key

The problem with all those chinese phones is software support and security and privacy.

Any American buying a China made phone deserves what they get.

I had the Blackberry Keyone and Keytwo, licensed to TCL by BB. No issues.

Maybe you should read instead projecting your stupidity onto others. The post promoted many Chinese foldables as innovative that are not available on American carriers.
Its universally understood Samsung owns S.Korea .

The post is about Samsung as is the title and subject. Reading comprehension is hard for you it's okay

Didn't promote, just pointed out. Nothing is Taiwan. Asus makes a Republic of Gamers phone that has great specs, good luck using it on an American carrier. Checkout the Fair phone. Now try to use it on American carrier.

meh, I'm still using my Samsung that was released in 2021; bought it factory refurbed a couple years ago for ~180 and it does everything I want out of a phone.
