Is there a way to remove some of the default wallpapers that are preinstalled on iPads?

Not sure if it was the most recent iOS 18.7.1; update or what, but our daughter's 9th generation pad has a couple of preinstalled wallpaper themes that we would like to remove, and I can't figure out how to do that.

CAD prediction: you're going to end up spending WAY too much time trying to do this.

I would be fascinated to know which wallpapers you find offensive.

Where in my post did I use the word offensive?

Maybe I don't want to have to explain to a a kid under the age of 5 why the word pride appears in rainbow colors or why that set of rainbow stripes has black, brown, pink and blue on it.

Maybe I don't want any political/cultural themed wallpapers of any kind added to my device (or my child's device): without giving me a way to opt in/out or remove it.

Maybe I don't want anything pushed on me or my family by someone or something that thinks it knows better. This is at least the second time that I can remember that Apple has decided all users of a device need something installed whether they want it or not. Remember the U2 album that got added to everyone's iTunes account?

I figured it out. Press and hold on the lock screen. That brings up the wallpaper editor. Swipe left or right to find the wallpaper you want to delete (custom or stock). Swipe up. You get a trashcan icon under the wallpaper that allows you to delete it.
