This is through REV. What does it normally take to "qualify" for something like this?
I am currently at 300 upload/300 download speeds, but I pay $72 per month.
I'm fairly certain I can drop down to 100 upload/100 download speeds and not notice a difference.
Edited.
shite, never mind. Always a catch.
You may be eligible to receive this benefit if ANY of these apply:
Household has an income that is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines
Participates in certain assistance programs, such as SNAP, Medicaid, Federal Public Housing Assistance, SSI, WIC, or Lifeline.
Approved to receive benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision in the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, or 2021-2022 school year.
Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year.
So ... now that this is known, $72 is the least expensive internet plan that REV offers. I can remember paying $35 to $40 p/m for fiber internet years ago.

I'm happy with REV. They're a great company to deal with. Rarely ever any service issues.
I don't believe AT&T Fiber is available in my area. And no way would I ever switch to COX.
