Requirements:
Bluetooth
Noise restricting/canceling
Great sound
Good fit/Comfortable/Don't fall off when bending over etc
My ear canals get sweaty and no matter what size ear buds I wear, they always fall out if I jog or do cardio

I'd go with the Sony MX1000M3 based on those requirements. The Bose are a little more comfortable to me, but the clamping force seemed more on the Sony along with better sound quality to my ears. Bose will be releasing an updated version in the very near future and it may be worth waiting to see how those perform if price is not a factor.
Personally, I'm the opposite and prefer ear buds for those activities. I dislike something on my head when moving around and sweating.

Take this for what it is worth. I am an older guy with some minor hearing loss. Way too many hours in helicopters and too much time around running turbine engines, back when hearing conservation wasn't a big issue. Having said that, I can still hear highs and lows in music. I do workout, and I cut my own grass. My workouts consist of gym time and daily long bicycle rides. I have gone the ear bud route and couldn't find any ear bud tip that would stay in my ear while doing my daily activities. The results were always "tinny" sounding music. So I went to the over ear headphones and couldn't be happier. The one I settled on is the JLabs Omni. Normally 99 bucks at Office Depot. I happened to catch them on sale for 50. I couldn't be happier with my selection. The music sounds good, the highs and lows are there, and they stay put during physical activity. They are bluetooth and pair to my phone instantly. They have a rapid charge battery that recharges in less than an hour. The battery charge lasts an insane amount of time. I usually recharge every three days. Are there better headphones out there? You bet there are! They have a hell of a higher price too! A price I didn't want to pay for something I'd be sweating in and on. YMMV

I was going to recommend the PowerBeats3 but just looked up their reviews on amazon and they don't appear to be so great. Battery and connectivity issues seem to be the top complaint. I haven't experienced either of those and they block out Samantha yammering on about her STD's that sits in the cube behind me pretty well.
I hate working in a cube farm. Maybe one day I'll be a real OT baw and get my own office.
