Sorry I forgot the quotes around the word. Maybe should have said it includes support and upgrades in the price. Having to deal with different software companies I see it all.

Consider Norton - renewal does not include the latest version of the software which then allows them to get away with charging people to get rid of any "new" virus. They tell you that you should have bought the new version when it came out even if it was a month after you renewed.

I don’t understand why you paid $3200 twice? It’s a once a year cost? Are you saying you paid it 1 year ago and it just renewed? They send you renewal emails btw.

If you bought it through OfficeMax how did they "just charge your company $3200"?
