Sorry I forgot the quotes around the word. Maybe should have said it includes support and upgrades in the price. Having to deal with different software companies I see it all.

Consider Norton - renewal does not include the latest version of the software which then allows them to get away with charging people to get rid of any "new" virus. They tell you that you should have bought the new version when it came out even if it was a month after you renewed.
They only sell up to a 5 user. If that was the case you could go to Premier. You wouldn't have to upgrade UNLESS you are adding on payroll (a yearly subscription). That requires you to upgrade every 3 years. If not you could keep it forever. Unless there was other parts you needed like enhanced inventory or enhanced pricing I can't see why you changed. If you are going to have over 5 users in the software at the same time you must have Enterprise for the correct number of users.
With 11 users you won't find better pricing on any other software. You can easily spend more than that. I am a QB Pro Advisor and I can't see how you even got that price for that number of users. I just had someone pay over $4000 for 6 users on the Platinum level (3 levels - contractor version available in all 3). With QuickBooks anything over 5 users is Enterprise - no way around it.

One thing is that this does give you free support and software upgrades during the subscription time.

This is the way that software companies are moving with sales. It makes them more money. In some ways it can help the consumer with free upgrades and sometimes free support.
