Q for 365 Admins

Two questions:
Stupid Question:
1. Everyone can see my availability, but no one can see the details of my calendar. Can the admins or the execs see the details of my calendar?
Not so stupid:
2. If I have personal gmail calendar subscribed to my work 365 calendar can anyone including admins or execs see the details of my personal calendar or do those just show up as blank blocks?
completely hypothetical of course

Depends on if the default calendar view permissions were changed. Think it initially displays free/busy time only and no details. So it all depends on what permissions were granted, and the circumstances (new setup, migration, etc) for who has what permissions. In theory, admins could grant themselves access to your calendar and view your calendar but that is of course an ethics issue. If ever in doubt, mark your events as Private if you dont want anyone in org potentially seeing it on calendar if shared with them.

An admin can give himself or your boss full control to your entire mailbox and your entire mailbox would then appear in their outlook under their own set of folders. You would have no idea. They would be able to see every folder, calendar, task, contact etc. It is literally two clicks to make this happen at the admin level.

Permissions can be granted to do so. The initial setup is that it does not, but that can be changed by an administrator.

If it replicates the calendar event to the Outlook calendar, AND they have sufficient permissions to your calendar, then yes.
