My PS4, PS3, and fire TV stick are over wifi with zero issues. You only need 10mbit per stream, so if you have just a basic g router from a decade ago you won't have any issues.
The real problem for people is going to be ISP data caps. It won't be out of the question to hit 1TB with multiple streams

I have not had any issues with using WiFi with the Fire Tv and Fire Stick both steaming at the same time.
Like i said in my previous post, if you can get the Fire Tv box instead of the Stick- do it.

First night using it, amazing.
The UI is great, cloud DVR, you can rewind up to 30 mins.
The content is amazing, watched Archer, TWD, BCS, and my wife watched some HGTV.
I'm on WiFi and don't have a cap with my ISP.
This is an amazing service. Sony is way ahead of the game. The first screen when you launch the app says "Welcome to the Future of Television"
I have to agree, I've been telling people it was coming to this for a long time. I talked to a Vue support rep on the phone last night and asked him about local channels and he told me that by football season he is confident they will have that in place because in the US football drives a ton of cable/tv subscriptions and Sony is aware of that.
It's shocking to me that Sony is so far ahead of everyone else, this kind of came out of nowhere and everyone else is now playing catch up.

My FireTV comes in today and I finally got the issue resolved with my PSN account. I'll be giving everything a go tonight and I'll have a review tomorrow. I hope this works as well as everyone is reporting because I cancelled my Directv already based on what everyone has said

I just cancelled my SlingTV subscription because of Vue. When asked why I was cancelling, I chose "Reason not listed". It then asked me to type a quick sentence and I said, "I'm switching to Playstation Vue."

I had this type of convo with the Directv rep. "Why would I pay what you're asking me to pay with all of the other options out there?!" She didn't argue. She kindly processed my request

Should have tried to weasel some deal out of them..but I can understand being anxious to try out Vue

Oh I did that first. I've been with them since 2012...she offered $5 off of my $111 a month bill for the next 6 months. They clearly are no longer concerned with keeping customers.

Direct TV is coming out with a streaming service similar to Sling & Vue (not sure how similar) in October I believe.
More the better. Vue has set the bar very high so Direct TV will have to match it and with similar costs.

I just called to cancel. I have been with the since 2008. I was asked what they could do to keep me, I replied " lower my bill to less $40 per month".
She said she was sorry best she could do was $5 off a month for 12 months.
It cost me $80 to break my contract, but with the savings gained I will break even in 2 months with the equipment purchased.

I told her lower my bill to 80 or less and she wouldn't even entertain that. Same I paid $100 to get out of my contract, but considering my monthly bill was $111....

When I tried to negotiate my dish bill using PS Vue service as comparison, they just said OK and cancelled my service. Dish didn't even want to try to compete on price

Either means they cant come close to competing or they are losing a lot of customers

Meh, not a big deal IMO.
ETA - When they come out with their Live TV streaming service, I'm interested to see what bundles and deals they offer.

Yeah. I read the article again without the 2 yr old screaming next to me. Once my reading comprehension recovered, I realized I would fall under the 600gb window.
I should be fine.

Everything I'm reading seems awesome with Vue, but their national advertising is very poor...just saw their commercial and they don't really go into details on anything and they make it seem like it's something for PlayStation only.

yeah the name is a terrible marketing strategy in of itself..and the commercials don't even begin to help.
