Porn spam via GDrive sharing. Anyone else get these?

I have had GDrive for probably a decade or more without incident. The only thing unusual I did recently was temporarily share access with Walgreens so i could print some photos in a pinch.
This seems to have started almost immediately afterwards. Don't see a way to prevent these from showing up so now my wife thinks I'm a pornhound.
She should know I only look at gay porn.
Anyone found a way to block these notifications?

Yes, and its annoying.
I dont even use the app, I dont think Ive opened mine in years. I have one document in there that is very very important and its the only thing in there.

I was getting them and just turned off my GDrive notifications.
