So, I'm wanting to build a new gaming pc, or even buy a pre built if the price is right. I'm looking at about a 1500 budget, give or take a bit. Honestly, I have no fricking clue where to even start, PCs have never been my strong point. Anyone able to help me out with a good build for around around that price?

I'm new to building game. Would there be any bottlenecking issues with the processor and the 2080ti ?

unless you're doing 4k 120hz gaming I doubt it

You got your peripherals? Monitor, mouse, and keyboard?
You want 1080p PvP with high frame rates or do you want single player and high resolution?

I have all peripherals already. And I would prefer a decent balance of the two, maybe leaning more towards PVP and MMOs

What specs does your monitor have and are you willing to buy a new one?
1500 can build a top end 1080p/144hz+ setup.
Including a new monitor, you'll probably want closer to 1800 or so for a 1440p/144hz set up.
I'm building right now. Just a few more components to order.
Going with:
i5 9600k
Kraken x62 280 mm AIO cooler
Kingston predator 3200 16 gig RAM
Auros z390 mobo
Intel 660p 1tb nvme for storage
MSI ventus OC 2080
Acer 27" 1440p 144hz IPS monitor
Meshify C case
650w PSU
All that, plus keyboard, mouse and speakers is coming out to about 2200.
Take out the peripherals and monitor and it's right around 1800.
If I went straight performance with zero regard for
A E S T H E T I C S, I could probably get it down to 1550-1600 before monitor and peripherals.
