I do have an issue with mine not reconnecting to my phone. I have to turn the lamp off anf back on for them to reconnect to my phone. Not liking that. I hope they get wink integrated soon.

I have to toggle my phone's bluetooth and sometimes reboot to get them to show in the app. Other times, it works fine. Not sure what the dealio is.

Do they sync with the Wink yet or just the GE App?

Yep we are still in early adopter mode on those GE lights.

They need a v2 of the app or wink integration stat.

Just ordered the lights. Mainly for the price... Doesn't sound like they do much more than my GE Links that I have scheduled to turn on/off and dim/brighten at certain times of the day.

like i said the bedroom lights are nice cause they can change between the cool white light for mornings, regular light for day time and deep yellow light for night time.

That seems pretty cool. That'll free up some GE Links out of bedrooms and into other rooms for automatic, ambient lighting.

They have great potential but GE has to free them from the phone first

CAD, or anyone else, have you seen a zwave device that would hook up o an outlet say your garage outlet your freezer is on, and would send an alarm if/when the gfci outlets breaker was thrown? I dont want to lose my freezer like i did last year when the GFCI tripped one night and i didnt realize it for 3 days.

Can your controller poll your zwave devices, say every 5 minutes, then report back to you any that are not "alive". Pretty sure all the ones I've seen that plug into the wall don't have battery back ups, so you wouldn't know if the breaker tripped except that the device is now dead.

LINK

I have something very similar to this. It has an audible alarm & also can be mounted on a wall for a more visible location. I believe other products are available without the cord. They simply plug into an outlet.

The C by GE app is total shite. The lights are ok. I guess bluetooth LEDs for $10/piece was a good deal though.

i agree. for me to control them i have to turn my phone off anf back on for it to re pick up the bulbs.

Wink needs to hurry up and get control of these things. and they would be great bulbs.

Received mine yesterday. The app is so limited, frustratingly so.

i'm going to give them a shout. not putting their best foot forward here and at least wink has a blog/forum to bitch about stuff. GE needs to be a little more forthcoming with info on this.

Something as basic as being able to put the sleep lights on a timer for waking up (those things are bright!) would make them 100% better.
