At least they responded a second time to your tweet. All I got was one of the reps telling me to send a DM. Did that, then nothing.
Luckily, I was able to get some help at an actual store.
At first, the manager said there was nothing she could do because I made the order online. But because I was due for an upgrade originally and wasn't under contract she was able to completely reset my account to give me my upgrade eligibility back at least. So I'm going to try to see what I can find at a store on Friday. I want the 64GB 6, so maybe I'll get lucky since the 6+ and 16GB models are seemingly the most popular

Are yall experiencing problems through Apple or att? My order through apple for the 64gb 6 still says it's being prepped for shipping and they have charged my CC, here is to hoping it arrives Friday like it says, although I won't believe it until I get a shipping confirmation email.

Would have been had I just waited for apple's servers to respond. AT&T was up, so that's who I ordered through. Big mistake.

This. AT&Ts ship times were already out to 3-4 weeks within minutes based on what I read.
Apple was an hour and a half late, but 9/19 ship dates were available for a while for the 6+. For the 6, you could still get a 9/19 date as of 9AM EST (last time I checked).

Same here. Been waiting on shipping confirmation. Pretty sure when I preordered the 5 it showed the shipping status and tracking number from China.

I ordered a 6 around 10 EST and was told I'd get it on 9/19, but I have not received a shipping confirmation yet so who knows if I will get it.

If Apple says it's coming on 9/19 I'd take them at their word. Most likely your phone is already in the states sitting somewhere waiting until closer to the date (maybe tomorrow or Thursday AM).

I believe they have separate stock set aside for launch day that wasn't available for pre-order.
What that stock looks like, and how it's distributed amongst Apple stores, carrier stores, best buy etc is anyone's guess.

I didn't want to cancel. There was an issue where the credit card number I gave them didn't have the same billing address as the account because it's a business account. Got it fixed though.

I saw pictures yesterday of a pilot who was flying them to Alaska. They were in Chicago by Monday night.

Per phone call with AT&T support today, there will be a AT&T update email coming on Friday detailing where in the que each of us will be. This email will be coming to us that apparently didn't get a Friday delivery date. I have one scheduled for Friday and one much later although it says it's in the shipping dept.
