Norton Phone Number?

They've renewed again without my permission.

No phone number listed and chat stays with a one hour hold.

Pissed.

After 45 minutes on the chat, they finally got all my information.

Then offered to cut price in half. I said no and they responded:

"As I currently have limited access to our systems, at this point I will need to advance your case to the next level of support who will be able to further assist you. They will review your request and get back to you by either email or phone call in the next 3-5 business days. The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working (business) days and it will show up in your next billing cyclee (within 10 working days depending on your bank)."


So I asked, you're not cancelling me? She said that's right.

Call your CC company and dispute it.

You should not be doing business with them in the first place. There is no need for their products when Microsoft provides free virus protection with Windows 10. And there are numerous other free products for anti-spyware, etc.

Norton only makes money this way now. They’re obsolete.
