Has anyone heard when the new iPad will be coming out? We are wanting to get the newest one for our daughter for Christmas. I know the older one will probably work fine but she uses eye gaze technology and we love the fact this is now available in Apple products. We want to buy the latest and greatest to make sure the camera and tracking is the best. We were hoping something would come out before Christmas but I can’t find anything about it. TIA for the info!

iPad pro is m4. Released maybe 2-3 months ago. Apparently it’s a beast

iPad air updated around the same time m2 processor and is probably enough for most people.

iPad mini was also just updated but is nothing more than a couch scroller.

Get the M4 iPad Pro OR get the iPad Pro 4th gen 11 inch. The specs are ahead of the regular iPad and Air.

I usually go the refurb route. New battery and shell, Apple gives it the same warranty as a new one and you can get AppleCare.

Looking now.

Pro will have 4 speakers, once you get used to those, hard to go back to two.

you can get the folio for the pro, which is cheaper than the smart keyboard.

pro has a better screen and resolution.

Air will only have a 60 hz refresh rate. The Pro is 120.
