Please use gray pvc and not white plumbing pipe.

Why do you say use gray instead of white? I realize one is for electrical and one for plumbing, but does it have to do with interference?

I didnt say anything about interference. Its about doing it right and not having to answer to an inspector when he asks about your plumbing pipe sitting in the wall not tied to anything. He wont even ask if it's gray pipe.

Can someone with more knowledge than me think of any reason to run coax?
It's fuggin cheap and a PITA to run after the fact. Also a selling point to be wired for whatever may come along

Beyond all of the previous suggestions, you might even consider a nice conduit / pull-box run for a few central spots: media center, office, wiring closet.
I’ll add to that conduit/PVC under width of driveway. May never use it, may end up coming in very handy.
Just make sure you add location to your plans.

+1... I’m in the process of installing a driveway gate with gate opener. I had to run conduit under the 12-13’ driveway for the opener and it was a huge PITA.

Have they started this process yet, of switching Directv over to fiber delivery?
I recently got a notice that ATT would be running fiber in my neighborhood (even though we already have LUS fiber run in our neighborhood)
