Need a Secure Email

To make a long story short, I cant use Gmail any longer for work related emails. Theres been a series of cyber attacks on the company stemming from some slapdicks opening blatant phish sent from Gmail accounts.
What's a solid email service I can use from my Android as well as my work iPad? It's mainly used to send and receive field data if that helps. The secretary suggested we use AOL and I nearly shite holding in the laugh

Gmail is not the problem. Tell those idiots to stop opening blatant phishing attempts.

THIS!
No email is "secure" if idiots open the bad shite.

It's been an entire month of telling them to just think a little. The problem is that most of the office folks are in the 45+ age group and pretty gullible to these sorts of things. The digital age is kicking some of their asses the same it did 15 years ago.
ETA- I'm a field worker so I really have no say-so in the matter. Just needed a new email service to send in my daily reports and field data. They told everyone that Gmail and Yahoo are off-limits like banning the email service is going to deter future attempts. It's quite maddening for someone who grew up with computers honestly

You don’t have a company email you can use?

Have everyone in the company set a rule that sends all non company email to a folder. I named this folder “external”. When something looks phishy in this folder , you know to scrutinize it/delete it.

Yet again guys I'm just a field hand trying to abide. When they suggested AOL I almost died inside and came here to see the best option out there. Setup with Proton and got no slack from the office, that's all I was looking for.
If I start suggesting how they actually run with the tech available they'll probably pull me out of the field which is what I'm trying to avoid honestly
