need 2 provide link to a pdf on my PC in a Snail mailed letter...how do i do this?

Of course i know how to attach a pdf in an email/electronically, but I need to send out a mailed cover letter. In the letter i need to provide the recipients with a link to info in a pdf that is saved on my pc. How do i do this?

sounds like a scam!

assuming safest route would be to get their email addresses, upload pdf to google drive/ms onedrive/icloud, and give their email addresses view access to single folder you create for this one occasion.....

If the recipient then needs to download the pdf to their pc, will they be able to do?

yes as long as you set up the sharing properly in box or whatever system you use.
