UPDATE:
So I followed CADs advice and on the second time, it finally worked. But it had to be from complete scratch including a completely fresh reboot on the router. Also had to turn some stuff off around the house, because there is a lot running, I hope it doesn't break in the end when stuff is on.
Everything is up and running but I had to completely start from scratch 2 times to get it to work. I have no idea what the deal is, but the Router was apparently the issue.
Up and running and sounds good. This is always the risk of multiple systems and why, until real standards exist this stuff is difficult.
Changed the title to reflect that.
Thanks fo the help.

you know i just made all that shite up i told you right?

glad its working

eta i strongly suggest you consider sonosnet as an option. all you have to do is *literally* connect an ethernet cable to any of your speakers..any of them. and you're done.
sonos will then create its own 'wifi network' that is dedicated to just passing the music around. could help if you experience drop-out on any of your speakers.

I mean it's a bunch of rebooting and refreshing, I assume that's the point. But yes.

Good to know.

I just went on Craigslist/Facebook marketplace and found one of the 50 or so Sonos Bridge/boost devices that were for sale for 20 bucks.
Plugged it into my switch in my media closet and it improved the reliability of my Sonos system.

I just bought Sonos and the playbor connected easily, but the rest didn't. Called tech support who tried everything, Turns out that it was my router provided by Eatel, my tv/net provider, my son bought some newer router, a Net Gear, absolutely no trouble after that. Perhaps you need a better router. It worked for me. I have a playbar, sub, 2 play5's and a beam that work great now.

I found after I got up to 5 players I had drop issues. Plugged 1 into my router and haven’t had a single drop in over a year. Sonos net is the truth.

Like shooting fish in a barrel
she's even coming to my office so i literally just have to walk downstairs to pick this up.
PRO-TIP: strinfigy craigslist notifications are 15-30 minutes faster than IFTT so you may want to spend the effort setting that up if you're interested in getting a deal that may disappear rapidly.
